Motokiki and TyreSafe partner together in the aim to promote tyre safety to the UK public
After a successful launch, Motokiki, the UK’s newest and truly independent tyre comparison site is delighted to announce a new partnership with TyreSafe - the UK based charity that promotes the importance of tyre safety.
Founded in 2006, TyreSafe has contributed to a 44% decrease in tyre related casualties on the UK's roads.
The partnership is a perfect fit as both organisations share similar values and a commitment to educate drivers on the importance of tyre safety. Motokiki and TyreSafe will assist each other in the mission to reduce the number of road injuries and deaths caused by dangerous tyres as research has shown that sub-standard tyres are a main cause of casualties on the road, more than phone usage.
Motokiki is fully committed to helping Britain’s motorists make informed choices when choosing their tyres and understand all aspects of tyre characteristics including water displacement, fuel efficiency, and noise levels.
TyreSafe has over 100 supporters ranging from the NFCC, Highways England, to Chelsea FC. TyreSafe campaigns for better awareness and legislation on tyre safety in the UK and are the creators of TyreSafe month that is held October of each year.
Debra Williams, CEO of Motokiki: ‘We are very excited to be partnering with TyreSafe, who are the country’s number one tyre safety organisation. Our shared commitment to help reduce tyre related injuries on our roads is one which we believe it vital to help make Britain’s roads safer for all drivers.’
